🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✨ Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business functions
✨ Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent
✨ Handle hiring for Sales and other corporate/business functions
✨ Collaborate with international teams and global stakeholders
✨ Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer closures
✨ Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
✅ Candidates from manufacturing companies – Corporate Office experience only
❌ Plant/Manufacturing-site TA profiles will not be considered
✅ Experience hiring for Sales & other corporate/business functions
🌍 Prior experience working with international/global teams
🗣️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
💪 Ability to work independently and confidently interact with global stakeholders
