A high-agency Talent Acquisition Specialist who owns end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. This role requires thinking like a business partner, understanding roles deeply, building strong talent pipelines, and consistently closing high-quality candidates. The specialist will partner closely with founders and leadership while driving recruitment excellence across business, tech, and GTM roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across functions (Sales, Ops, Tech, Product, Support, etc.)
- Lay the foundation for scaling the team 6–8x in strength over the next 24 months
- Drive high-volume hiring with speed and quality
- Work closely with founders and functional leaders on manpower planning
- Build and maintain strong sourcing pipelines (LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, direct sourcing)
- Improve hiring processes, interview structures, and candidate experience
- Track and improve hiring metrics (TAT, funnel conversion, quality of hire)
