Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Additional responsibilities include fostering a strong employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates, driving recruitment strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and ensure an effective recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring candidates
- Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or sustainability sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
