Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with team leaders to identify hiring needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Specialist will work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company’s position as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes to identify, attract, and hire top talent effectively.
- Experience in Interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with company needs and culture.
- Skills in Hiring and onboarding processes to support seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
- Knowledge in Employer Branding strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation among potential candidates.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field beneficial.
