Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Tirumalgiri. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The role also involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include building a talent pipeline, executing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with hiring best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of talent sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of compliance and labor laws related to recruitment is a plus
