Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Assignment Type: Full Time/Direct Hire
We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist – Internal Hiring to drive end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Leadership, and Support functions. This role demands strong sourcing capability, fast execution, stakeholder management, and hiring ownership in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities -
End-to-End Internal Hiring -
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal positions across India delivery centers.
- Handle intake calls, JD alignment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure speed, quality, and compliance across all hiring stages.
Sourcing & Pipeline Management -
- Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, internal databases, social hiring, and headhunting.
- Drive high-quality candidate flow for volume and niche roles.
- Maintain bench & proactive pipelines for business-critical roles.
Stakeholder Management -
- Partner closely with Business Leaders, Delivery Heads, Account Managers, and HR leadership.
- Manage hiring manager expectations, interview coordination, feedback loops, and hiring decisions.
- Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring strategy recommendations.
Offer Management & Closures -
- Handle salary negotiations, candidate engagement, joining assurance, and drop-out control.
- Ensure high offer-to-join ratio and low offer fallout.
Hiring Metrics & Reporting -
Own and track daily / weekly hiring metrics:
- Submissions
- Interviews
- Offers
- Joins
- TAT & aging
- Publish weekly hiring dashboards and performance reports.
Employer Branding & Process Improvement -
- Support employer branding initiatives, referral programs, and campus hiring drives.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, quality benchmarks, and candidate experience.
Key Requirements -
- 2–6 years of experience in Internal Hiring / Corporate Recruitment / Staffing Recruitment.
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring environments.
- Excellent hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, Boolean search, and referrals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring TATs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Preferred Skills -
- Prior experience in US Staffing firms / Global staffing organizations.
- Hiring experience for Recruiters, Team Leads, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Sales, and Support roles.
