Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the organization’s talent needs. Responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, executing employer branding strategies, managing job postings, and conducting interviews to ensure the right fit for organizational culture and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting processes
- Expertise in Interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Experience with Employer Branding activities to attract top-tier talent
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices to improve hiring efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers
- Prior experience in recruitment within the education or technology sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
