About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for technology roles and help us build a strong engineering and product team.
Location: Noida (On-Site)
Responsibilities
• Understand hiring needs by working closely with tech and business stakeholders
• Write and post clear JDs on job portals, LinkedIn and other channels
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, databases and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/fit calls
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and keep candidates informed
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/trackers
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in‑house)
• Good understanding of common IT roles and skills (e.g. developers, QA, DevOps)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using job portals (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn) and basic Excel/ATS tools
