Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. This role will focus on hiring for our UK based Telecoms & MSP business and requires a strong headhunting mindset, with the ability to close mid-to-senior level roles under tight timelines.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing UK technology business, partnering directly with leadership and playing a critical role in building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high octain UK Technology & Telecoms Business.
- Proactively source and headhunt talent across Sales, Technology, and Business roles
- Close mid-level to senior, high-value roles within short turnaround times
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Collaborate with Line Managers & BU heads on hiring strategies
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and networking for market mapping & sourcing
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience in headhunting and closing roles proactively
- Strong hiring experience across:
- SDRs / Inside Sales / International Phone Sales
- Account Management/Customer Service/Onboarding & Support roles
- Software Development / Cyber Security and other Tech Roles.
- Experience hiring for international markets (UK preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Plenty of personality & a real passion for this role’s success & creating talent acquisition success at short notice despite all odds.
- Must take up role only if willing to be committed for the long term
