As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent. You will collaborate with department managers, implement sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Candidate Screening and Assessment
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring teams.
Recruitment Process Management
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring metrics, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience in Marketing and Sales recruitment.
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
