Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Real Estate)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in hiring for the real estate sector, specifically across East and South locations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Sales, Sourcing, Site Heads, Managers, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and vendor networks
• Manage hiring for East & South Pune locations
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Ensure timely closures and meet monthly hiring targets
• Maintain reports and track recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and consultants
Key Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Real Estate preferred)
• Prior experience hiring for East & South Pune locations is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in bulk hiring for real estate sales roles
• Understanding of local market and candidate availability
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
