We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the chemical manufacturing sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Manage
the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding• Hire fo
r plant operations, production, R&D, maintenance, and corporate roles• Develop
effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks• Partner
with department heads to understand manpower requirements• Ensure
timely closures while maintaining quality of hires• Build a
nd maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
🔹 Key Requirements:• 3–7 yea
rs of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in chemical/manufacturing industry)• Strong
understanding of technical hiring (engineers, plant operators, chemists, etc.)• Excelle
nt communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability
to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
