🚀 We’re Hiring | Recruiter / Talent Acquisition @ RePut.ai

Do you like managing the full hiring journey — from sourcing to closing?
We’re looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team at RePut.ai and drive end-to-end hiring across both technical and non-technical roles.
📍 Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid
🕒 Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with MBA in HR can also apply)
💼 What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from requirement understanding to onboarding
- Create and refine job descriptions (JDs) based on hiring needs
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic screening rounds
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience (tech + non-tech hiring preferred)
- OR MBA (HR) freshers with strong interest in recruitment
- Strong communication skills (English — written & verbal mandatory)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Organized, proactive, and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
