Job description
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help attract top talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain candidate records and ATS updates
- Handle offer rollout and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Requirements
