Role Overview
We are looking for experienced HR Recruiters with strong exposure to technical hiring across IT and digital roles. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who understands the technology talent market, can manage stakeholders, and has a proven track record of closing positions in fast-paced environments, preferably within MNCs, GCCs, or large IT services organizations.
This is a pure recruitment role, not an HR generalist position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across IT and digital domains.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and coordinate interviews.
- Handle candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for recurring and niche skill requirements.
- Share regular hiring updates, market insights, and challenges with the recruitment lead.
- Ensure all candidate and hiring data is accurately maintained in the ATS.
- Support onboarding coordination once offers are closed.
Technical & Domain Exposure
Candidates should have experience hiring for some or most of the following areas:
- Software Development (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
- QA and Testing
- Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure
- Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML
- ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications
- IT Services and Product-based roles
You don’t need to be a coder, but you must understand tech roles well enough to hold a confident conversation with candidates and hiring managers.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in MNCs, GCCs, IT services firms, or staffing companies.
- Strong understanding of the IT talent market, skill trends, and candidate expectations.
- Proven ability to close roles within defined timelines.
- Comfortable working on multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and professional candidate handling.
- Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
- Self-driven, organized, and dependable.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to international hiring (US, UK, EU, GCC).
- Experience working with remote or global teams.
- Prior experience in scaling hiring for fast-growing teams.
