We’re now looking for our first Talent Acquisition hire — someone who understands the pulse of a marketing agency and can help us build a high-impact team from the ground up.
Roles & Resposibilties
- Own end-to-end recruitment across key agency functions
- Hire for roles across:
Performance Marketing
Paid Ads
Social Media & ORM
Account Management
Creative & Strategy
- Partner closely with the founder and business leaders to understand hiring needs
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain a high-quality candidate experience
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies tailored to agency hiring
- Bring speed, structure, and quality into the hiring process
- Contribute to building the TA function from scratch
Skills & Experience
- 1–2.5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Must-have: Experience hiring for a marketing/advertising agency
- Strong understanding of different marketing roles and skill sets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Someone who takes ownership and thrives in ambiguity
