🎯 WHAT YOU'LL OWN
✅ End-to-end recruitment across 8–12 live mandates at any given time
✅ Build qualified pipelines within 24–48 hours of mandate receipt
✅ Deliver closures within 3–7 business days on priority roles
✅ Execute Boolean sourcing, headhunting & passive candidate engagement
✅ Maintain 70%+ offer-to-joining conversion ratio
✅ Own stakeholder communication — from briefing to closure
✔️ MUST-HAVE CRITERIA (Please read before applying)
◆ Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
◆ At least 3 years in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm — this is mandatory
◆ Must have independently closed roles in at least 2 of these 3 sectors: Pharma/Lab Testing | Manufacturing/Industrial | Telecom/ISP
◆ Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean search) + Naukri — active sourcing, not just job posting
◆ Consistent closure volume of 6–8 roles per month
◆ Proven success closing in leadership and seniors hiring positions
⭐ GOOD TO HAVE
→ Exposure to EV, Tech-enabled Startups, or Energy/Infrastructure sectors and manufacturing
📊 HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED
→ Time-to-offer (≤7 business days for priority roles)
→ Monthly closure ratio (target: 70%+ of assigned mandates)
→ Offer-to-joining ratio (target: 70%+)
→ Quality of shortlisted candidate
💰 COMPENSATION
→ Up to 6LPA
→ High-performance incentive — per-closure bonus structure
→ Exact range shared during the screening call
