Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include managing employer branding initiatives, conducting in-depth interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and building talent pipelines for future needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of US bench sales recruiting experience .
- Responsible for handling the IT requirements for US clients
- Experience in full lifecycle of a recruitment , Interview , offer , negotiation and on-boarding .
- Should have an experience in finding the right opportunity for the candidates in their defined skillset ( Preferably DevOps , Salesforce , SAP )
- Should be able to work in EST / CST time zones .
- Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision .
