Qualifications and Skills required:
- Graduate from any stream with 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring and fresher hiring
- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and institute networks
- Proven ability to handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
- Experience in client coordination and recruitment delivery rather than pure sales
- Strong command over English (written & verbal) for professional communication with candidates and corporate clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills
- High level of ownership, dedication, and accountability toward hiring targets and timelines
- Must be based in Mumbai and open to attending in-person meetings
Responsibilities:
Client Success:
- Manage and maintain strong corporate client relationships, understanding hiring and recruitment needs
- Handle client mandates end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment activities
- Source candidates through various channels including databases, job portals, referrals, and institute networks
- Coordinate with corporates, institutes, and internal teams to meet hiring requirements
- Screen profiles and ensure alignment with client expectations before submission
- Ensure timely completion of recruitment deliverables and adherence to agreed timelines
- Use the PluginLive platform specifically for fresher hiring mandates
- Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain and update recruitment-related databases with accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation and data management across mandates
- Follow best practices in recruitment operations under guidance from senior team members
Institute Sales:
- Identify and research potential educational institutes for partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with Placement Officers, Directors, and key institutional stakeholders
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and present PluginLive’s offerings
- Reach out to prospective institutes via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Understand institute requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Support negotiations and assist in closing partnerships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and related sales material
- Maintain and update the CRM with institute and prospect details
