This role goes beyond posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
You will help shape the future workforce of the company by identifying talent, building hiring pipelines, creating memorable candidate experiences, and ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new team members.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end hiring for technical, product, operations, customer success, sales, and leadership positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus relationships, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and negotiate offers in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and pipeline reports.
Employer Branding & Talent Outreach
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, incubators, and professional communities.
- Support internship and campus hiring programs.
- Promote the company through LinkedIn, recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and networking initiatives.
- Develop talent pools for critical future roles.
Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, system access, equipment allocation, and induction activities are completed before joining.
- Conduct onboarding sessions introducing company culture, products, teams, and processes.
- Partner with managers to ensure smooth integration into teams.
- Track onboarding progress and completion of induction milestones.
- Collect feedback from new employees and continuously improve onboarding experiences.
HR Operations Support
- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements.
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives as needed.
- Assist in workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
Must-Have Skills
- 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, or Employee Onboarding.
- Experience hiring for technology, product, engineering, or enterprise business roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Experience managing multiple hiring positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers.
Good-to-Have
- Experience hiring for SaaS, Product, IT Services, Aviation, BFSI, or Technology organizations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Campus hiring and internship program management experience.
- Employer branding and social media recruitment experience.
- Understanding of competency-based interviewing techniques.
