Recruitment Consultant – Non-IT Hiring

Please Note: This role requires direct, hands-on recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Education. Only candidates with demonstrated expertise in hiring for these sectors will be considered. If your background is primarily in IT recruitment or unrelated industries, we request you not to apply. The Opportunity
We are looking for a Non – IT Recruitment Consultant to join our delivery team — owning client mandates end-to-end, from sourcing to closure. This is a pure fulfilment role; no business development involved.
What You Will Do
- Decode client hiring briefs and build targeted sourcing strategies for each mandate
- Headhunt and pipeline candidates across job portals, referrals, networks, and sector-specific channels
- Manage candidates through screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining follow-up
- Keep clients updated on pipeline status and ensure timely, quality closures
- Deliver consistently against monthly closure targets — your success is measured by the quality and pace of mandates fulfilled
What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years in Non-IT recruitment, preferably from a search firm, staffing agency, or RPO
- Proven hiring experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Education — across operations and support functions
- Target-driven, deadline-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple live mandates
- Strong fitment assessment skills with the ability to present well-reasoned candidate profiles to clients
- Organised and disciplined with documentation — trackers, candidate summaries, and closure reports
