US Technical Recruiter (Night Shift)
Location: Indore (On-site)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:-
- Source and screen IT candidates for US-based clients.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and manage the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work with job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:-
- 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment (preferred).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and IT technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
