Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our
growing HR team. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with
the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different
departments.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and
other networking channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely
documentation.
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the
company’s brand and job requirements.
• Assist in preparing job offers, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process, including documentation and scheduling.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment
partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws throughout the hiring
process.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred
but not required).
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, ideally in a junior or entry-level
capacity.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant
tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
