About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role demands strong stakeholder management, proactive sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and panel discussions.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment needs.
3. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases to source talent.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to understand recruitment trends.
4. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate promptly, provide feedback, and maintain professionalism at every stage.
- Represent the company’s culture and values during interactions with external talent.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records in ATS or internal systems.
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with organizational policies and legal guidelines.
- Support offer negotiations, documentation, background verification processes, and onboarding formalities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social platforms).
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and professionalism.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT / leadership roles will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems is desirable.
