We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Gurgaon who brings strong experience in technology hiring across Infrastructure, Networking, ERP, and Cybersecurity domains.
This role requires someone who understands global hiring landscapes and can effectively partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard top technology talent.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in hiring for IT Infrastructure, Networking, ERP, and Security roles
• Exposure to global technology hiring and stakeholder management
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for niche technical roles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
