Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Bangalore (MG Road) | Full Time | Onsite

What This Role Is About
- We are looking for a curious, driven talent acquisition professional who loves the challenge of finding people that are genuinely hard to find.
- You will own hiring end to end across both entities from quant researchers and FPGA engineers to marketing leads and senior leadership. You will build relationships with the best campuses in the country, create pipelines from scratch, and close candidates who have options everywhere.
- This is a high trust, high ownership role. You will work closely with founders and leadership, and your work will directly shape the future of both companies. What You Will Be Hiring For
- You will own recruitment across a wide range of profiles including:
- Quantitative and trading talent ,Technology talent ,Leadership and senior roles , Business and growth roles
- Campus talent fresh graduates from IITs, NITs, and premier engineering institutions across India
How You Will Work
- You will source directly no agencies, no shortcuts. You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, GitHub, and whatever else it takes to find the right person.
- You will own the full candidate journey from the first message to the day they join. You will close senior candidates, navigate compensation conversations, and build pipelines that actually convert.
- You will represent the company at IIT campuses and premier institutions, building relationships that bring us the best early career talent in the country.
- You will track your own metrics, identify gaps, and continuously improve how we hire.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience ideally at a startup, fintech, or financial services firm
- A genuine love for direct sourcing you enjoy finding people who are not easy to find
- Experience hiring for technical or niche roles is strongly preferred
- Someone who takes ownership naturally and does not wait to be told what to do
- Strong communication skills warm, confident, and clear with candidates and stakeholders alike
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and Keka is a plus
- Any understanding of trading, HFT, or financial markets will give you a real head start
