Role Description
This is a contract, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Nashik. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, work to build and enhance the employer branding strategy, and conduct interviews to match candidates with the organization’s hiring needs. The role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates, and providing strategic talent solutions to meet the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Knowledge of Hiring strategies and talent pipelines
- Experience in Employer Branding and implementing strategies to attract top talent
- Proficiency in conducting Interviews and assessing candidates' potential
- Strong skills in Recruiting with the ability to meet organizational goals and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
