Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Staffing (Bench Marketing)
Location: Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–6+ Years
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in US Staffing and Bench Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding senior-level consultants across multiple technologies and visa categories including H1B, H1 Transfers, Green Card holders, and EAD candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit experienced consultants across various technologies (Java, .NET, Data, DevOps, QA, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements and bench marketing needs
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for active marketing on bench
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, visa status, and experience
- Work closely with Bench Sales / Marketing team to align consultant profiles with client requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of candidates (visa, ID, experience verification)
- Maintain candidate database and ATS with updated profiles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and closures
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment / Bench Marketing hiring
- Hands-on experience with H1B, H1 Transfer, GC, EAD candidates
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
