Job Title: Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Executive – Healthcare Recruitment

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in healthcare or hospital recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality healthcare professionals, and ensuring timely hiring to meet organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals including Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Pharmacists, Technicians, and Administrative staff.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Stay updated with healthcare hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on Healthcare/Hospital recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring doctors, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
