Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of New Delhi- Netaji Subhash Place. The responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source potential candidates, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Experience in Hiring processes and Employer Branding strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating potential candidates
- Knowledge and expertise in Recruiting best practices and tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred
