We are urgently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment across India and African markets. This role requires an individual who can independently drive mandate closures across levels.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ Years

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment in India and Africa
Strong expertise in CTC structuring, negotiation, and offer closures Experienced in Logistics, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or FMCG sectors
Job Description:
Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Manage hiring across India and Africa regions, ensuring adaptability to diverse talent markets.
Handle multi-level hiring mandates including entry-level, mid-level, and leadership roles.
Own and deliver mandate closures within defined TAT (60 days), ensuring minimal drop-offs.
Lead CTC negotiations and offer discussions, ensuring successful conversions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business priorities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry mapping.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Track and report key recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
