Education: Masters' Degree in Human Resources and Management along with Bachelor in Engineering (preferred)
Experience: 2+ Years, Location: Pune
What you’ll get to do:
- Develop, execute and track the recruiting plans and hiring process
- Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees
- Leverage internet search and LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates and screen candidates to ensure their skills and competencies match the job description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates for all position
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Provide guidance and support to the new recruits as and when needed
What you need to have:
- Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Sound technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.)
- Experience in using various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to represent the company to the outside world in a clear and crisp way
- Excellent interpersonal skills
