PEP Brands - mCaffeine & Hyphen is expanding its Talent team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring in a fast-scaling D2C environment.
Location: Chandivali, Mumbai (On-site)
Experience: 3–6 years
Employment Type: Contractual
Duration: 3–6 months (potential to convert to full-time based on performance)
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs
- Drive fast, high-quality hiring in a high-growth environment
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
- Experience hiring in startups, D2C, or fast-paced organisations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
