We are looking for a high-ownership IT Recruiter with strong experience in hiring Oracle ERP consulting profiles. This role requires complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, deep market understanding, and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders to drive closures.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end hiring for Oracle ERP consulting roles (HCM, SCM, Hyperion, Financials, PPM, etc.)
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactive head-hunting using LinkedIn (advanced searches, boolean strings, talent mapping)
- Must be well versed with use of AI in recruitment and interviewing
- Candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and feedback management
- Offer approvals, salary negotiations, and candidate closure
- Drive pre-joining engagement and monitor joinings to reduce dropouts
- Manage multiple requisitions in tight timelines with high accountability
Must-Have Skills
- 4–7 years of IT/ERP recruitment experience
- Proven hands-on hiring experience for Oracle ERP functional / techno-functional roles
- Strong understanding of ERP talent market and compensation trends
- Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and passive hiring skills
- Ability to independently manage stakeholders and push for outcomes
- High ownership, self-motivated, and closure-focused
