Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The role also involves developing employer branding strategies and fostering relationships with stakeholders to meet hiring goals effectively. You will be integral to creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring that the company's talent acquisitions align with its strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and candidate sourcing
- Strong skills in Interviewing and assessment techniques
- Familiarity with Recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
