Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in New Delhi, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding efforts, and building a strong talent pipeline. Key responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and refining recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The specialist will also support hiring managers with interviews and contribute to building an exceptional team culture.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and experience in processes related to managing recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to guide hiring teams through candidate assessments
- Experience in recruiting strategies tailored to attract diverse and high-quality talent
- Proficiency in Employer Branding, showcasing creativity in building a strong and attractive employer identity
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Proactive and self-driven with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience with talent acquisition in engineering or technology sectors is a plus
