Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain effective hiring workflows and build a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs
- Expertise in Employer Branding and developing strategies to enhance the employer's reputation
- Proficiency in conducting effective and professional Interviewing processes
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
