Role Overview:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring needs across functions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Work on employer branding and hiring strategies
- Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
- Graduation / Master’s degree (MBA HR preferred)
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Manufacturing/furniture industry experience is a plus
