Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. The role also includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, enhancing employer branding strategies, and planning effective recruitment processes to attract top talent. The individual will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and fostering strong relationships with potential employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting effective Interviewing
- Knowledge of Hiring practices and industry standards
- 1+ year of relevant experience required.
- Understanding of Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or HR-related position is an advantage.
