Job Role : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Location : Surat (On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end hiring activities. Candidates with domestic recruitment experience are welcome, while exposure to international recruitment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication
- Act as the single point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and regular status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely closures
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Take complete ownership of assigned positions and deliver within timelines
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Added Advantage
- Exposure to international recruitment / overseas hiring
