Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with managers to ensure a long-lasting employer branding strategy that attracts top talent and fosters a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Conducting Interviews and Candidate Evaluation
- Experience in Developing and Enhancing Employer Branding initiatives
- Proficiency in Hiring strategies and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
