About the Role
There is a certain irony in a hiring platform having a Talent Acquisition Specialist — and we love it. Joblet.ai is looking for a sharp, strategic recruiter to help us scale our own team with the exact same precision we promise our enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end recruiting for a mix of technical and commercial roles, using Joblet.ai's proprietary tools alongside your own sharp instincts to find and close exceptional candidates.
What You Will Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for critical engineering, product, commercial, and operations roles.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on talent, and drive urgency and velocity through the hiring process.
- Proactive Sourcing: Source top-tier passive candidates creatively through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and Joblet.ai's own platform.
- Candidate Experience: Design and deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that authentically reflects Joblet.ai's brand and core values.
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) and deliver actionable reporting to executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and elevate our hiring processes, interview frameworks, and employer branding initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech company or top-tier recruiting agency.
- Versatility: Proven experience successfully hiring for both technical roles (engineering, data, product) and commercial roles (sales, marketing, ops).
- Sourcing Chops: Strong, creative sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive, hard-to-find talent.
- Communication: Exceptional candidate communication and relationship management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: A highly data-oriented approach to pipeline management and deep proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Mindset: A deep, foundational belief that hiring is a strategic growth function, not merely an administrative one.
