Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within manufacturing, EPC, or renewable energy industries, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for utilizing digital recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HRMS systems to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization
- Manage relationships and communication with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Work Experience
Skills and qualifications required:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
