Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing full-life cycle recruiting processes, attracting and sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, and implement effective hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Proven experience in Hiring and Employer Branding
- Proficiency in conducting Interviews and building rapport with candidates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a consultancy or international recruitment sector is a plus
