Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will lead full-life cycle recruitment efforts, collaborate with hiring managers to design hiring strategies, and actively execute the talent sourcing process. Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection, while also contributing to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. The role is heavily focused on building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and a strong grasp of strategic hiring practices.
- Proficiency in Employer Branding and candidate outreach to attract top talent.
- Skilled in Interviewing to assess candidates effectively and match them to appropriate roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in Recruiting within fast-paced or specialized talent markets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with hiring teams and external candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is desired.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
