Shift Timings- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM – ( 3 PM to 12 AM)

Designation:- Talent Acquisition Executive/Sr. Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for the Complete End-to-end Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till Successful On-boarding.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
• Establish and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Out of the box thinker. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Adaptive and receptive attitude.
• Good understanding of JOBS PORTAL - Linked-In, Naukri.
• Proficiency in handling recruitment databases
• Handle problems and work with the team effectively.
