- Experience in interview techniques and processes for candidate evaluation
- Effective knowledge of recruiting metrics and working with human resources teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
