About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal hiring team. The
ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a consultancy/staffing environment
and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing firm is mandatory
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable working in 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift
- Willing to work from Thane location
Preferred Skills
- Experience in internal hiring for corporate roles
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
