About the Role
The recruiter will play a crucial role in managing the full life cycle of recruitment, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment.
- Experience in both tech and non-tech recruitment.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
