Location: Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Opp. Turbhe Station)
Compensation: Up to ₹7 LPA (CTC)
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities
• Source and attract qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and advanced sourcing strategies
• Screen profiles, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and fit
• Manage the full hiring cycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Work on niche and hard-to-fill roles using innovative sourcing methods
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver within defined TATs
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and use ATS tools for pipeline tracking
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
• Strong command of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing channels
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach
